Material, attachment and buying rules
Standard materials are Redrock Waxy Pull-Up Leather in Black, Honey and Rust and Millwood Chrome Tanned Garment Leather in White, supplied by Weaver Leather Supply.
BCH engraves and cuts the patch, bonds it in-house with Hydbond 5 mil polyurethane heat-activated film and inspects the finished work. That input does not create an unsupported durability comparison.
No minimum. Standard front customization is blank cost + $8; each additional application is +$2.
Care and remedy
Do not wash a finished hat, including in a hat cage. If BCH makes a genuine workmanship or production mistake, BCH makes it right within the stated exclusions.
