30-Day Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Blackwater Creek Hat Company. We want orders to arrive correctly and be something customers are proud to wear.

Standard products

We gladly accept returns of eligible non-custom products within 30 days of purchase when items are unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Custom products

Custom hats, patches, and personalized items are made for a specific order. If production has not started, contact us as quickly as possible and we will help where we can. Once custom production has started or an item has shipped, custom orders may not be refundable unless there is a production error or defect.
