The standard genuine-leather line uses Redrock Waxy Pull-Up Leather in Black, Honey and Rust and Millwood Chrome Tanned Garment Leather in White, supplied by Weaver Leather Supply.

BCH engraves and cuts the patch, bonds it in-house with Hydbond 5 mil polyurethane heat-activated film and inspects the finished work. BCH does not publish the proprietary recipe or claim unsupported superiority over sewing.

BCH performs embroidery in-house on a Ricoma MT-2002-8S two-head commercial machine, with artwork review, placement, cleanup and quality control.

Leather-patch hats have no minimum. Embroidery has a 10-hat minimum per design.

Standard front customization is the blank cost + $8. Each additional application is +$2. Current product price and options appear on the product page.

Turnaround varies by order. BCH confirms timing during proof and order review, especially when a deadline matters.

BCH does not recommend washing a finished hat, including in a hat cage. Replacement is preferred when it is heavily worn or dirty.

Shipping is calculated at checkout using USPS Ground Advantage for the order and destination. Free shipping applies automatically at a $200 order subtotal.

If BCH makes a genuine workmanship or production mistake, BCH makes it right. The remedy does not cover normal wear, misuse or approved customer-artwork errors.
