BCH performs embroidery in-house on a Ricoma MT-2002-8S two-head commercial machine, with artwork review, placement, cleanup and quality control.

How BCH makes your order

Richardson makes the blank. BCH handles custom production in-house: artwork preparation as applicable, leather-patch engraving and cutting, bonding, embroidery, quality control, packing and fulfillment.

Standard front customization is the blank cost + $8; each additional application is +$2.

Minimums by method

Leather-patch hats have no minimum. Embroidery has a 10-hat minimum per design.

USPS rates and free shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout using USPS Ground Advantage. Free shipping applies automatically at a $200 order subtotal.

Timing and workmanship

Turnaround varies by order and is confirmed during review. If BCH makes a genuine workmanship or production mistake, BCH makes it right.
