What to know before ordering

No minimum. Standard front customization is priced at the blank cost + $8. Each additional application is +$2. Current product price and available options are shown above before shipping and tax.

Material and in-house process

Named genuine leather

BCH's standard leather-patch line uses genuine leather from Weaver Leather Supply: Redrock Waxy Pull-Up Leather in Black, Honey and Rust, and Millwood Chrome Tanned Garment Leather in White.

Made and checked in-house

BCH engraves and cuts the leather patch, bonds it in-house with a professional Hydbond 5 mil polyurethane heat-activated film adhesive system, and inspects the finished work.

Leatherette or synthetic material may be sourced for a specific request, but it is not part of the standard advertised genuine-leather line. BCH does not publish a proprietary bonding recipe or an unsupported durability comparison.

Timing, care and workmanship

Timing

Turnaround varies by order. BCH confirms timing during proof and order review, especially when a deadline matters.

Care

BCH does not recommend washing a finished hat, including in a hat cage. Replacement is preferred when a hat is heavily worn or dirty.

Workmanship

If BCH makes a genuine workmanship or production mistake, BCH makes it right. This does not cover normal wear, misuse or approved customer-artwork errors.
