Richardson manufactures the hat blank. BCH performs the custom production work in-house, including artwork and production preparation as applicable, leather-patch engraving and cutting, bonding, embroidery, quality control, packing and fulfillment.
From artwork to finished order
Artwork and proof review
BCH checks the design, placement, selected method, quantity, timing and order notes before production.
In-house production
BCH engraves and cuts leather patches, bonds patches and performs embroidery on a Ricoma MT-2002-8S two-head commercial machine.
Finished-work QC
BCH inspects the finished customization, packs the order and fulfills it from the shop.
The people behind the work
Casey leads much of the daily production rhythm, customer details, troubleshooting and quality checks. Peter brings an engineer's approach to systems, pricing and a clearer customer path. Luke is part of the founding story and the shop's practical, service-minded roots.
Clear terms before production
Standard front customization is priced at the blank cost + $8; each additional application is +$2. Leather-patch hats have no minimum. Embroidery has a 10-hat minimum per design. Turnaround varies by order and is confirmed during proof and order review.
If BCH makes a genuine workmanship or production mistake, BCH makes it right.
