Returns and workmanship concerns

Eligible ready-to-ship items may be returned within 30 days when unused, in their original condition and packaging. Contact contact@bwc-hc.com before returning an item for authorization and instructions.

Custom products

Custom products are made to order and generally are not returnable for change of mind, normal wear, misuse or customer artwork errors that were approved.

If BCH makes a genuine workmanship or production mistake, BCH makes it right. Contact BCH with the order details and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return and the resolution BCH confirms.
